Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational interface between IMS business partners and IMS service teams for all cross-service requests utilizing IMS services. This role is responsible for end-to-end brief intake, orchestration, delivery management of key cross-service requests towards IMS services, and acts as the single point of contact for IMS towards the business.

A Day in the Life of...
Key responsibilities include:
- Cross-service brief intake, specification, and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles.
- Cross-service project plan development, including goals, business needs, service scope, and requirements, team composition, timeline, milestones, and budget.
- Planning and management of projects throughout the entire life cycle until final acceptance, including management of change requests and prioritization according to defined processes and requirements.
- Gathering approvals and feedback from IMS business partners served in the requests. Approval/rejection of request based on feasibility.
- Break-down into one-brief-requests to accommodate individual service needs.
- Service request ticket and sub-ticket preparation and briefing of IMS service teams according to project plan.
- Attendance at kick-off meetings organized by IMS business partners.
- Operational contact for a specific cross-service request towards IMS teams and determined business partner.
- End-to-end coordination and project management for cross-service requests, from briefing to planning, production, and publishing.
- Coordination with Center Operation Leads on timelines, team composition, risk mitigation.
- Provide status management and project communications.
- Establishment of operational checkpoints, alignment meetings, and reviews between business partners and IMS.
- Handling of operational dependencies and blockers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the process.
- Proactively contacting markets for top-down projects.
- Deduction of 'lessons learned' and debriefs, and framing optimization recommendations.
- Management of all stakeholders (IMS partners and delivery teams) along the entire project life cycle.
- Suggesting additional needs or required changes to brief to business.

What Will Make You Successful
Successful candidates will possess:
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Solid marketing knowledge and background
- French speaker as a nice to have
- Detail-oriented personality with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects at the same time and sense for prioritization.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and project status clearly and effectively. Exhibit assertiveness when managing conflicting priorities and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Understanding of and practical experience with end-to-end digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2D, design, branding, social media, and marketing analytics, and the related channels.
- Understand marketing technology and project management tools. Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Approachable personality that easily connects with diverse stakeholders.
