* Coordinate with Account Managers to support the business unit's development.
* Monitor financial KPIs and track profitability of projects.
* Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and operational execution.
Requirements:
In order to excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
* Experience of 2-3 years with recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Experience with HR administrative tasks.
* Experience with team coordination and leadership.
* Experience with project monitoring and reporting.
* Experience with client relationship management.
* Academic background in Business or HR-related studies.
* Fluent English language skills.
