Job Opportunity
This is a challenging role that involves providing second-level support for our Road Transport Management applications. You will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and solving support requests as well as creating documentation.
Key tasks include preparation, execution, and control of regular or unscheduled program changes on test and production environments, technical setup of new operating sites, and being a single point of contact for our Service Desk.
In this position, you will work closely with specialist departments and development groups to resolve problems. A strong IT background and experience in first- or second-level support are essential. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset are also desirable.

Requirements
* A degree in IT or a related field
* Several years of experience in first- or second-level support
* Proficiency in Office programs and other IT tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of English
