Customer integrations via EDI, OCI and APIs, ensuring seamless onboarding.
Description
Manage and coordinate customer integrations through EDI, OCI, APIs and industry specific digital procurement platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal IT teams and business stakeholders throughout the onboarding and integration lifecycle.
Gather, analyse and translate customer technical requirements into integration specifications and implementation plans.
Support key accounts during interface setup, testing, validation and go live activities, ensuring successful connectivity with ERP and e-commerce systems.
Provide ongoing technical and operational support for existing customer interfaces, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution activities.
Create, maintain and improve technical documentation, onboarding guides, process flows and interface specifications.
Monitor project progress, track milestones and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital procurement processes, evaluate emerging technologies and support the continuous improvement of interface management and customer integration solutions.
Profile
Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics, vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience working with OCI/EDI systems in a professional services setting.
Strong process understanding and experience with digital procurement/e-procurement, interface management and open commerce; understanding of ERP database structures.
Ideally experience with Microsoft D365 .
Experience in e-commerce and shop systems.
