Support early‐stage account management to ensure smooth transitions, client satisfaction, and long‐term retention; maintain regular contact with clients, identify expansion opportunities, and support upselling and cross‐selling initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improvement areas; contribute to sales strategy discussions and continuous process optimization. Participate in performance reviews, coaching sessions, and professional sales training programs; meet and exceed revenue, activity, and quality targets. Required Background And Experience Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling environments. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing structured sales pipelines. Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing business clients. Previous exposure to solution‐based selling, SaaS, digital services, advertising solutions, financial services, or professional service environments is a strong advantage. Comfortable engaging with decision‐makers, presenting to stakeholders, and negotiating at different organizational levels. Experience working with CRM tools, sales methodologies, and structured performance frameworks. Candidate Profile Fluent in French and capable of conducting full sales cycles professionally in French.
