Job Title
A strategic professional is required to take ownership of brand and trade marketing management across the portfolio.
This role is central to ensure that brand strategies are effectively implemented in the field, with strong coordination between marketing, sell-in, and sell-out planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall portfolio management ensuring strategic alignment and market relevance:
* Own and manage the sell-out planning process, including forecasting, media planning, and POS budget allocation;
* Translate commercial strategy into clear execution plans;
* Coordinate closely with the head of sales to ensure consistency and alignment between marketing and sales activities;
* Own the customer monthly/cycle report, consolidating brand performance, execution highlights, and key next steps;
* Align with the business analyst to validate and interpret sell-in and sell-out data, driving actionable insights and decisions;
* Monitor brand KPIs and ensure timely course corrections to maximize impact.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing and trade marketing, ideally within consumer healthcare and/or FMCG;
2. Academic background in management, economics, and/or marketing;
3. Proven experience in people management and in managing both internal and external stakeholders/partners;
4. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to extract insights and drive data-based decisions;
5. Excellent team spirit, communication, and coordination skills;
