Adecco is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a Shared Services Centre, supporting international operations with a strong focus on the German market.
You will work closely with multicultural teams and play an active role in ensuring financial accuracy and cash flow efficiency.
Your main responsibilities
Process and accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts;
Reconcilepayments and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner;
Manage collections activities, including customers paying via direct debit;
Follow upon blocked invoices and support their release in the ERP system;
Prepare and analyse Accounts Receivable reports;
Review customeraccounts and support AR controls and reviews.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred);
At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles;
Fluency in English or Portuguese and German language skills (preferred);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
