- Manage customer orders from processing to delivery;
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure the efficient delivery of products;
- Resolve customer issues related to deliveries;
- Maintain an accurate record of all transactions and communications with customers;
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and find solutions;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Logistics processes;
- Stay updated on company products and services;
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
Perfil ideal
A successful Customer Operations professional should have:
- A degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field;
- Previous experience in Logistics or Customer Service roles;
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently;
- Proficiency in using order management software and customer databases.
