About The Job
Data is a strategic asset for BNP Paribas. It plays a fundamental role in analyzing team performance and evolution, ultimately enabling increased efficiency, supporting the sustainability of the business model, and ensuring the accurate selection of the bank’s assets. Controlling data is crucial for enhancing risk management, making correct credit decisions, and adding value to the business.
Based in Lisbon, the Trainee will join a team of professionals known for their sectorial knowledge and support the team.
Your Main Activities Are
* Input missing data on credit files for presentation to the Credit Committee
* Ensure accuracy of credit data
* Ensure consistency of data across different credit files
* Communicate with the CPM Credit Analyst Teams to get updates on credit files' progress
* Understand credit files to identify structured data for input
* Create and maintain standard procedures for data input (user guides)
* Collaborate with teams managing source systems to ensure data accuracy
* Produce periodic reports with analysis and interpretation based on collected data
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Management
* Detail-oriented with a strong interest in data
* Proficient in Excel
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Self-starter with good initiative and flexibility
