We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. This contract position requires developing and maintaining complex software applications using Python, collaborating with developers, designers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet clients' needs.
ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, efficient and well-documented code in Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new software applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in the existing codebase.
Conduct unit and integration testing of developed code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Python development.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Python Developer.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in writing efficient and optimized code using Python.
Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask is preferred.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and Java Script is a plus.
Salary: This contract position offers a salary of $1,200 USD per month.
Location: The position is based in Funchal, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Visa & Travel: Free visa sponsorship for the duration of the contract and a one-time ticket reimbursement for relocation to Funchal.
