They are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team.
Support and ensure the smooth operation of various corporate processes implemented in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and others.
Manage business key users in their interactions with the platform, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Plan and oversee system updates in alignment with the product roadmap and vendor schedules.
Actively participate in area projects and implementations across multiple geographies.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related scientific field, or certified training in SAP SuccessFactors.
Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors in support, product management, or technical project implementation.
Strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Fluent in Portuguese, with intermediate English skills (B1-B2) required.
