We're Hiring a Business Analyst
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join an international company specialised in transport, logistics and supply chain solutions, operating in a fast-paced and global environment.
In this role, you'll act as a key link between business and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into clear requirements and contributing to impactful solutions across logistics processes.
Your responsibilities
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders across operations, logistics and support teams
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify optimisation opportunities
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
• Contribute to documentation and workflows using Jira and Confluence
• (Nice to have) Support data analysis and reporting activities
What we're looking for
• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• English B2
• Business-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Autonomous, organised and proactive
• (Plus) Exposure to Power BI, Excel or SQL
• (Plus) Interest or experience in product-related topics
