United Hospitality Management (UHM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the Marketing team.
This individual will play a key role in driving online sales for Serenity – The Art of Well Being, a leading spa brand within UHM's portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support, with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Serenity, aligned with overall business objectives and brand standards;
- Manage the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional, including overseeing web development, design, and content updates;
- Manage all aspects of the website, including product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and customer experience optimization;
- Ensure a positive user experience throughout the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing satisfaction strategies;
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion (email marketing, social media advertising, PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing);
- Optimize product pages for SEO, improve conversion rates, and implement upselling techniques to increase online sales;
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration;
- Ensure accurate inventory management and product categorization;
- Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost, using data analytics to inform decisions;
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, recommending continuous improvements and innovations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in wellness, cosmetics, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
- Proven success in driving online sales and revenue through digital marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred.
- Team player with proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- This position is based at Hyatt Regency Lisbon (mandatory).
