Responsibilities Lead thetechnical design and implementationof software development solutions. Support and integrateArtificial Intelligence initiatives. Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teamsto develop customized solutions that meet business needs. Ensurescalability, performance, and securityof implemented solutions. Mentor and guide full-stack engineers and developers, promoting development best practices. Stay up to date withemerging technologiesand recommend their adoption. Requirements 10+ years of experiencein software engineering (experience with AI is a plus). Solid experience integratingcustom development solutionswith enterprise systems (e.G., ERP, CRM, middleware). Proficiency inPython, React, Node.Js, or Java. Strongtechnical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Fluency in Portuguese(mandatory). Bachelor's or Master's degreein Computer Science or a related field.
