We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join a global health tech leader on a 12 month contract. This is a high impact role for a practitioner who enjoys getting into the weeds of team priorities while maintaining a strategic view of program level outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, ensuring strict adherence to Agile principles and methodologies.
Ceremony Facilitation: Drive productivity through expert facilitation of daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Dependency Management: Facilitate alignment between tech teams with complex dependencies, supporting Product Owners with work prioritisation.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and adapt Agile processes, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
Hands on Delivery: Fully understand team backlogs and priorities to remove impediments and resolve frictions between teams.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile Delivery or Senior Scrum Master roles.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and ADO.
Agile Expertise: Advanced skills in user story creation, estimation, velocity tracking, and dependency mapping.
Certifications: CSM/A CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI ACP is highly preferred.
Communication: Outstanding negotiation and coaching skills, with experience managing both onshore and offshore team members.
