A multinational company based in Portugal, established since 2007, operates in various sectors including banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transportation. We are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Product Owners to drive business outcomes
* Evaluate product management strategies and ensure alignment with technology teams
* Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization for optimal results
* Communicate progress to senior leadership effectively
* Kick off and coordinate major projects across business units efficiently
* Engage stakeholders and ensure readiness for product releases on time
* Develop product improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience
* Influence roadmaps and strategic direction to stay competitive
* Ensure products meet non-functional requirements such as performance, security and compliance
* Collaborate with external partners when necessary
* Promote company values and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Product Owner or Manager
* Strong background in managing Product Owners, including 1:1s, performance reviews and career plans
* Effective leadership and coaching skills to drive team success
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* The ability to understand technical architecture at a high level
* Experience working across multiple delivery methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2, ideally C1)
