Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the ongoing localization of digital marketing strategies and tactics;
* Analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance;
* Publish email marketing campaigns and maintain an up-to-date email database;
* Develop content marketing strategies to increase organic SEO traffic;
* Collaborate with a Copywriter and Graphic Designer to plan and schedule social media content;
* Assist in Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to acquire and retain users;
* Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) tactics for app listing pages on Google Play and App Store;
* Design landing pages for campaigns and verticals: app, buddies, participants, etc.;
* Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and technologies, identifying new opportunities.
Main Requirements:
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing;
* A basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, etc.);
* Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) are beneficial;
* Ability to work independently, develop creative strategies, and establish best practices;
* Willingness to learn and grow with the support of the team;
* An analytical mindset, using data to improve actions and future strategies;
* Problem-solving skills, business acumen, strategic and analytical capabilities;
* Technical proficiency and intellectual curiosity about new technologies;
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills; other languages are an asset;
