Knickerbocker is a New York-based menswear brand focused on product and long-term design, with operations across the US and Portugal.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across production, inventory, and order flow. This role sits at the center of the business, connecting product, warehouse, and sales to keep everything moving clearly and on schedule.
You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy across systems, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and supporting production and reorder cycles. The role requires a strong understanding of apparel operations and the ability to stay on top of details while keeping a clear view of the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory
* Maintain inventory accuracy across Apparel Magic and Shopify
* Oversee inventory transfers between warehouses and retail locations
* Monitor stock levels and manage reorders to maintain core styles
* Conduct regular audits to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory
Warehouse & Logistics
* Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse teams in Portugal and the US
* Review and verify all inbound shipments, packing lists, and receipts
* Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of wholesale and retail orders
* Troubleshoot discrepancies in receiving, shipping, and inventory
Production & Purchasing
* Generate and manage Purchase Orders across production and restocks
* Track production timelines and follow through to delivery
* Audit production invoices against agreed costs and quantities
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistency in delivery and quality
Order Management
* Oversee wholesale and direct-to-consumer order flow from allocation through fulfillment
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines
* Support seasonal planning with accurate inventory and sales data
Requirements
* Based in Porto, Portugal or Guimarães, Portugal
* Experience in supply chain, operations, or production within apparel or consumer goods
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Apparel Magic, or comparable platforms
* Familiarity with PLM and CRM systems
* Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities
