About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to insurance policies, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service for underwriters, brokers, and end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and managing administrative requests related to insurance policies
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries within the Policy Administration scope
Accurate and efficient data entry to maintain compliance with company standards
Conducting regular quality audits to ensure outstanding service delivery
Supporting the implementation of new administrative tools and processes
Preparing management reports and supporting process improvement projects
Assisting other teams during peak workloads or absences
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Administrative experience (preferably in a multinational environment or the insurance sector)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
