We find ourselves in a continuous growth of our team.Given that, we are looking for a Monitoring of PV Plant Trainee - IEFP Internship Venda do Pinheiro to work based in our Venda do Pinheiro Office.Responsibilities:Manage information, complaints, appointments with customers, ensuring that topics are escalated and directed to the correct departments or areas;Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company's products and services;Provide information about the company's products and Assist customers in understanding how these products can meet their energy needs;Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction;Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers;Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Requirements:Degree in electrical, mechanical, environmental, renewable energy or other technological engineering;Eligible for IEFP internship – mandatory;Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges promptly;Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Proactivity, willingness to learn, and responsibility;Interest in improving English skills.We offer:6-month IEFP internship,Possibility of joining the company on completion of the internship,Dynamic career plan,Be part of an international environment,Hybrid Regime (2 days teleworking),Free Birthday Day.
