The Role Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & NPL you will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for portfolio optimization and product launches to drive informed decision-making and maximize business impact.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio development and management.
Analyze current product portfolio performance (sales, profitability, market trends).
Product Lifecycle management and product optimization.
Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for in-licensing, discontinuation, or lifecycle extension.Support and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness plans.Work closely and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Supply, Spanish and central Portfolio and NPL teams, to ensure alignment on launch strategies and cohesive execution of activities.Provide insights to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and differentiation.Perform competitive benchmarking to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.Support product forecasts for new launches and business planning.Use analytics to support continuous improvement in launch and portfolio processes.Customize and localize marketing materials for the Portuguese market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with customer needs.
Ensure timing and development of key deliverables are tracked and delivered.Organize and manage Accord's presence at national and regional congresses and events, creating opportunities for engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.Conduct and support training sessions for sales teams to ensure in-depth knowledge of product features, competitors, benefits, and positioning.Responsible for administrative tasks related to marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.The PersonUnderstanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements in Portuguese market, ensuring all materials and activities meet industry guidelines will be an advantage.Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field with industry experience.Demonstrable relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within the specialty or innovative products segment.Native or fluent Portuguese language;
spoken and written.English language at a communicative level;
written and spoken.Verygood knowledge of MS Office tools – especially Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with digital marketing and MCM.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organised with excellent organisational and time management skills;
