Main Responsibilities
* Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, focusing on insurance programs.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Support product owners and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies in an agile environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an agile environment.
* Previous experience in digital transformation and/or insurance programs is highly desirable.
* Degree in computing, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of the software development process and ability to understand technical requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
