Job Description:
How will you make an impact?
1. Support projects that bring added value to the business users in the scope of Digital Collaboration.
2. Support and help the business teams with their needs.
3. Troubleshoot any business issues and liaise with the solution editor if necessary.
4. Contribute to solutions usage governance definition and enforcement.
5. Follow up on releases and updates of solutions to communicate changes to business users.
6. Follow up on any issues with Microsoft and other solution providers when necessary.
7. Manage Microsoft evergreen change.
Digital Collaboration engineer responsibilities you will support the business with:
1. Be a subject matter expert on the digital collaboration landscape.
2. Manage priorities and SLAs.
3. Build a knowledge bridge between engineering and operations teams.
4. Agile methodology.

As a Digital Collaboration support engineer, you will work with a very experienced and high-performing team overlooking many technologies that serve the Digital Collaboration landscape. This is a constantly evolving environment which will make you expand your knowledge.
Digital Collaboration tools/services you will support:
1. SharePoint Online
2. OneDrive
3. Microsoft Teams
4. Viva Engage
5. Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) Cloud-based SMB shares (Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP)
Soft Skills you should have for the role:
1. Good communicator.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Analytical skills.
You are / have:
1. Willingness to constantly learn and progress.
2. Engineering school, university, or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Information management – or similar working/studying experience.
3. Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.
4. Rigorous, flexible, stress-resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
5. Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in a multicultural context across regions.
6. Fluent (speaking/writing) in English.
7. At least 5 years of experience in solution support.
A plus if you have these skills:
1. Fluent (speaking/writing) in French.
2. Experience in the luxury business.
