Accounting trainee

Norfin is seeking a talented Accounting Trainee.

Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €2.1bn of assets under management in funds, SICs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Main tasks and responsibilities

* Assisting in the preparation and analysis of accounting documents;

* Performing accounting entries and bank reconciliations;

* Collaboratingin the preparation of financial reports;

* Supporting monthly and annual closing tasks;

* Contributing to the fulfilment of tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.);

* Assisting in the organisation and filing of documents.

Role Requirements

* Education in Accounting, Management, or related fields (ongoing or recently completed);

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word;

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

* Team spirit and eagerness to learn;

* Good knowledge of English (preferred).
