Job Description
As a Freight Cost Auditing Trainee, you will help the team assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow on a global scale.
In your new role, you will:
1. Support in verifying the accuracy of freight invoices and dispute discrepancies accordingly
2. Collaborate with the team and warehouse managers to resolve discrepancies
3. Assist in managing an efficient workflow for the Accounting department
4. Help release freight invoices for payment
5. Support inquiries and generate ad-hoc reports as needed
Your Profile
You are interested in Logistics and eager to learn more. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
You are most suited if you:
1. Hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2. Possess good communication skills and attention to detail
3. Have proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
4. Are fluent in English
