/liliCertifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) demonstrate expertise in project management practices.
/liliMaster's Degree: A master's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
/li /ulpbr/ppbExperience /b /pulliMinimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
/liliStrong technical background with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
/liliDemonstrated ability to develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.
/liliExperience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
/liliProven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of IT projects.
/liliStrong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project team members.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
/liliRelevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
