Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications - Create and maintain detailed functional documentation - Develop test cases and perform functional testing - Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions - Support end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase - Provide ongoing support and training to users - Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects - Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions - Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency - Availability to work from the office twice a week Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Azure DevOps - Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP - Experience with Agile methodologies - Familiarity with ERP systems If you want to be part of a real People First organization, join us!
