As a Sales Manager, you embody the spirit of luxury and service at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa. Your exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and strong network will allow you to craft tailor-made proposals and forge lasting relationships.

You do more than promote and sell a hotel — you connect the right people to the right experience. By delivering unforgettable stays and impactful events, you'll contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Your role involves consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service to both internal and external guests. You'll ensure prompt and courteous service is provided while also generating revenue through in-house and off-site sales activities and special events.

To succeed, you'll need to develop new ideas to enhance the department's offer using creative marketing and communication tools. This includes identifying and acquiring new clients in the MICE segment, attending trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.

You'll create innovative events such as themed evenings, special dinners, fashion shows, charity or music events. Staying informed about key events happening in the region is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

* Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
* Ensure prompt and courteous service is provided
* Generate revenue through in-house and off-site sales activities and special events
* Develop new ideas to enhance the department's offer
* Identify and acquire new clients in the MICE segment


Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales position
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an asset
* Solid knowledge of the regional tourism landscape
* Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
* Proficient in MS Office
