Job Description
As a HR Operations Trainee, you will be involved with:
* Support in administrative HR tasks (admissions, work contracts, salary alterations, legal documentation);
* Collaborate in the payroll process;
* Support in the management of IEFP trainees;
* Update and maintain the employee's database and reporting dashboards (headcount, turnover, costs, etc);
* Participation in the onboarding process, including documentation and integration of new joiners;
* Support in the management of the attendance system (monitoring schedules, vacations, absences and adaptability plans);
* Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external audits (documentation, evidence, compliance);
* Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
* Knowledge on the work legislation and basic notions regarding payroll;
* Good knowledge in Excel and HR digital tools will be an asset;
* Good English skills (written and spoken);
* Good communication skills and team player attitude.
