This role involves handling inquiries and requests across various communication channels while ensuring timely updates in internal systems.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written skills, be fluent in Dutch (C2) both verbally and writtenly along with English (B2 minimum), have previous experience in customer service preferably with software knowledge.
