As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and operations.
* Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards in all activities and systems related to projects and product execution.
* Implement policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and continuously improve the quality of products and operations throughout the product lifecycle.
* Provide global supplier qualification services in support of new product introduction and existing products.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing on-the-job support and developing a sense of collaboration with operational areas.
* Providing real-time quality assurance support on the production floor.
* Identifying, documenting, and escalating deviations or any other non-conformities.
* SUPPORT investigations to the shop floor, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Managing quality activities to ensure compliance with regulations, keeping the site audit-ready.
* Promoting high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across company operations.
You'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining regular presence in manufacturing areas, providing hands-on support and fostering collaboration.
* Investigating customer complaints and supporting the generation and reporting of team KPIs.
* Ensuring safe practices and compliance with safety standards in all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* University or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar scientific field.
* Experience working in a QA environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Knowledge of GMP practices, fluency in English, and computer literacy.
