Inside Sales Manager
What will you do?
A day in the life of an Inside Sales Manager at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a network of inside sales accounts to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The role is the key point of contact for the account to support, order updates, product related inquiries, marketing requests, and key details on seasonal programs. The role consistently works with teams across commercial, finance, marketing and operations.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more:
1. Oversee and support the inside sales account network, sell in to sell through.
2. Develop and implement inside account sales plans to expand the customer base and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
3. Conduct seasonal digital line showings to increase seasonal order booking.
4. Manage the Dickies B2B platform to ensure consistent catalog updates.
5. Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.
6. Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective lead generation.
7. Provide consistently sales reporting while utilizing all available tools.
8. Create strategies to drive incremental sales volume with inside accounts.
9. Collaborate with regional account executive to ensure consistent brand coverage through the territory.
10. Push updated product information and marketing content to the network of the accounts.
11. Customer Engagement: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
12. Educate inside account base on the Dickies product line.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
1. Proven experience in sales management
2. Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM and B2B software
3. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Excel
4. 5+ years of related professional experience

Hiring Range: $103,680.00 USD - $129,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
