As an experienced Solution Manager, you will act as a bridge between Delivery, R&D, Product, and Sales, in both outbound and inbound activities.
You will work together with the project managers and focus on how to leverage technology to solve our customers' needs.
You will lead the integration of Shield's technology into our customers by seamlessly addressing our customers' needs and helping them navigate our organization.Our team of solution managers aspire to be the driving force behind innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
They stand at the intersection of business acumen and technical expertise, shaping the path for transformative solutions that elevate our organization's capabilities.Let's get down to business: What you'll do:Solve Customer's requirements by designing and documenting solutions.Lead technical interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Research, analyze and propose integrations for communications platforms.Liaise with Shield's Product and R&D teams to help the solution evolve and adhere to the industry's best practices.Experience and skills Minimum of 2 years of experience as a solution Manager/Architect.Experience with Cloud and On-Prem deployments.
