Your role as a Customer Service Agent will be:
* Handling incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat
* Identifying issues and providing effective solutions
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support
* Recording customer data accurately in our CRM system
* Providing ad-hoc assistance when required
* Supporting colleagues to contribute to the team's success
To succeed in this role, you need:
* Native level of German and at least B2 level of English
* Strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities
* Understanding of customer satisfaction and quality service
* High school degree or equivalent
* Professional attitude with a drive for excellence
* Able to work as part of a team and remain committed to tasks
* Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
* Valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
What we offer:
* Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
* Full-time (40h/week) on a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 22:00 (8h/day + 1h break)
* Salary package including free accommodation (€950-€1050 gross/month) or without accommodation (€1300-€1500 gross/month)
* Paid training period (1-4 weeks)
* Relocation package for international candidates including reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months, airport pick-up upon arrival, and yearly two-way flight to your home country within the EU
