We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Management System Support Trainee to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our content management system, ST4. This includes hands-on solution configuration of new requirements, inbound/outbound interface configuration and debug of solutions, regular alignment with external vendors, performing trainings regarding the usage of ST4, and ensuring documentation of processes for users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Academic background in Information Science, Language Sciences, Technical Writing or Communications, or an Engineering degree with experience in technical writing;
* Experience with content management systems, preferably Schema ST4, and/or authoring tools, and/or translation management tools is a plus;
* Experience in technical writing and editing, and/or demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical content is a plus;
* Knowledge about different file types and how to structure/read them (TXT, XML, XLSX, CSV, XPath, XSLT);
* Very good level of written and spoken English;
* Quick learner with natural curiosity and willingness to figure things out;
* Interest in product data and digital content management.
