Job Description
- Perform general accounting functions
- Receive, verify, and process payment documents and invoices
- Enter accounts payable data in SAP
- File and organize invoices
- Handle invoicing requests and prepare invoices in SAP
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in SAP
- Calculate depreciation for fixed assets
- Analyze accounts, expenses, and revenues
- Create accruals and deferrals, ensuring correct recording of expenses and revenues
The Successful Applicant
Background & Experience
- Over 3 years of experience in Accounting or Audit
- Degree in Accounting or Management
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- SAP experience is a plus
Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
