What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in configuring systems and portals to meet client requirements.
* Strong knowledge of SQL, including query creation, database manipulation, and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, MS Report Builder).
* Strong analytical skills with experience translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and system flows.
* Ability to identify, design and implement technical solutions while ensuring compatibility and satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills and autonomy, including preparing user manuals, delivering user training, planning testing activities, and taking responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.
