Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Italian-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, service options, and support processes.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
