Your primary focus will be on high-end Web Design, creating immersive digital experiences that are not only beautiful but also conversion-oriented.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership and help mentor junior talent, carving out a path for your own professional evolution within the company.Responsibilities:Lead the visual direction of web projects, creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final designs that align with client goals.Develop and implement responsive front-end interfaces using modern best practices.Bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical implementation, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.Collaborate with the SEO and Paid Media teams to ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for speed, accessibility, and AI-driven discoverability.Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment of continuous learning and quality control.Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies (including AI-assisted design tools) to keep Hexagon at the forefront of the industry.Manage web projects from concept to launch, ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are metRequirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Web Design and Front-End Development (Portfolio required).
Expert proficiency in design tools (Illustrator is a must; Figma is a plus).
Solid experience in Front-End technologies: HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, or similar) and understanding how to customize them.Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and user-centric design.Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.Knowledge of SEO-friendly coding practices and how design impacts Core Web Vitals.Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions.Excellent communication skills and a \"growth mindset\" ready to evolve into leadership roles.Advanced English level (C1 or C2).
