As anIT Business Managerat Moongy Group, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and client relationships.
Your mission will be:
Clients:
- Actively prospect new clients while identifying business opportunities in the IT sector
-Maintain long-term relationships with clients, by meeting their recruitment needs efficiently
Recruitment:
-To recruit the best IT profiles
-Recruit and select specialized IT profiles, matching talents with the needs of our clients.
Team Management:
-Manage and support the hired consultants, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the client.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as aBusiness Manager (3 - 5 years) or recruitment role within the IT sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
Passion to work in both sides:
clients/prospects as well as candidates
Fluency in English (C1).
Availability for a hybrid working model, based in central Lisbon
Mandatory Qualifications:
Fluent / native in Portuguese
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
