We are committed to providing the best possible environment to nurture our employee’s skills and to flourish their talent. /ppbr / /ppWe are seeking an Industrialization Engineer trainer to join our team, focusing on the planning and execution of new product industrialization. /ppAt our Penafiel atelier, where manual craftsmanship meets innovation, you will play a key role in bringing new products to life. Imagine shaping the future, transforming concepts into refined, high-end creations ready for production – each piece a testament to our savoir-faire and the passion of the artisan. /ppbr / /ppAs part of our industrialization team, you will: /pulliSupport the full journey of new product industrialization, from validation to production launch, ensuring every step is executed with masterful precision. /liliHelp ensure that industrialization standards and best practices are applied with the meticulous care that only true art demands. /liliContribute to optimizing manufacturing processes, balancing cost, intrinsic quality, ergonomics, and safety – a true industrial alchemy. /liliCooperate to implement analysis and control tools to enhance efficiency and industrial performance, paving the way to perfection. /liliCollaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality and operational excellence to unprecedented levels. /li /ulpYou will be immersed in an environment where industrial expertise supports artisanal savoir-faire, where every detail is a universe to be explored, and where innovation is the compass guiding our journey. /ppbr / /ppThis position is for you: /pulliEligible for an IEFP “Estágio + Talento” program (mandatory). /liliHold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Product Engineering and Development, or similar fields. /liliComfortable working with CAD tools – your digital hands for creation. /liliStrong communication and organization skills – the art of collaboration. /liliFluent in English and/or French – to communicate our passion globally. /liliProactive, dynamic, results-driven, and a true team player – the spirit of an explorer and the emotion of a creator. /li /ulpbr / /ppThis position will remain open until filled.
