* We are seeking a process analysis service with expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow, capable of collaborating with an experienced Global Process Owner to develop new processes while ensuring compliance with global standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and possess skills in areas such as ServiceNow, ITIL, Change and Stakeholder Management, Process Design/Improvement, and Scrum.
