Role Overview
The Access Provision Specialist will join the
Security team
and focus on developing and managing access management processes across the company.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure secure, controlled, and auditable access to internal and external systems and services, supporting the company's broader information security and compliance objectives.
The role includes active participation in the
Access Control Platform (ACP)
initiative and evolving
Jira Service Desk
workflows related to access provisioning.
An essential area of responsibility will be the
creation and maintenance of system-level documentation
that describes access rules, ownership, usage, and escalation paths.
The specialist will work closely with DevOps, HR and system owners.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain access request workflows in Jira Service Desk.
Draft technical requirements for improvements and automation in Jira Service Management.
Integrate Jira SD with external Jira projects for unified tracking.
Process incoming access-related requests (provisioning, changes, revocations).
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
, including:
Maintain and update onboarding/offboarding checklists;
Participate in internal access reviews and ensure policy compliance;
Support internal and external audit readiness by maintaining evidence and process clarity.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT, Security, or Systems Administration.
Hands-on experience with Jira Service Desk (Atlassian stack).
Understanding of access management principles (IAM, RBAC, least privilege, 2FA).
Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
Nice to have
Experience with process automation in Jira (custom workflows, automation rules).
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, ISO 27001, NIST).
Experience working with
identity platforms
such as
Keycloak or Zitadel
.
Experience preparing access-related documentation and evidence for audits.
Knowledge of scripting or configuration in Atlassian tools (JQL, automation rules).
