Key accountabilities:
* Build and operate the IDP and CI/CD stack across cloud and on‐prem environments.
* Provide golden paths and self‐service templates for infrastructure-as-code pipelines and environments.
* Automate provisioning and policy as code using Terraform and GitHub/Azure DevOps.
* Embed security by default including IAM, secrets, scanning, SBOM, signed artifacts, and secure supply chain practices.
* Establish observability and SRE practices and lead incident response aligned with SLOs.
* Modernize legacy workloads to cloud‐native environments through planned migrations and controlled cutovers.
Requirements:
* 5+ years operating CI/CD and Kubernetes in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Deep expertise with Terraform and Git‐based automation with a policy-as-code mindset.
* Strong background in identity, networking, hardening, and secrets management.
* Proven experience leading on‐prem to cloud migrations with tested rollback paths.
* Observability expertise across logs, metrics, traces, and creating actionable runbooks.
* Clear communicator and strong coach with the ability to empower engineering teams.
