Job Title: Senior Capital Controller/Auditor
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Capital Controller/Auditor. As part of the Finance Second Line of Defense, this role actively supports the Capital Stream Leader in supervising the permanent control framework on accounting and financial information related to prudential requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Capital Generic Control Library with relevant stakeholders.
* Contribute to the understanding of controls performed by various teams within the Group.
* Organize certification processes for Divisions/Business Lines.
* Report on the quality of the control framework to governance bodies.
* Define a risk-based approach for 2LoD testing campaigns.
* Perform 2LoD testing on central teams.
* Prepare syntheses of testing outcomes for sharing in committees.
Key Skills:
* Experience in control or audit, preferably in the banking and/or financial sector.
* Strong accounting expertise.
* Organizational skills.
* Critical thinking.
Language Skills:
* English proficiency is required.
