Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant to join our team in the development of nanotechnology-based solutions for food processing, packaging, and personalization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food chemistry, materials science, or related fields and experience in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: MSc in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biological Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics of Materials
* Experience: Use of bio-based and edible materials for the development and design of food colloids, development of delivery systems for functional compounds, characterization techniques, micro and nanomaterials synthesis, expertise on delivery systems characterization, knowledge of standard statistical methods, physical and chemical characterization techniques
