Tasks:
* Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment;
* Work by procedures and tickets;
* Support users’ migration from desktop to HVD
Requirements:
* Hardware and Software;
* Networking and security;
* Problem solving and critical thinking;
* VDI / HVD;
* Communication;
* Customer oriented;
* Teamwork;
* Multitasking Ability;
