Global Process Lead for Order-to-Cash Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to take on the challenge of leading our order-to-cash (O2C) operations. As Global Process Lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring seamless execution across our shared service centers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Ownership: Manage and optimize finance retail processes, ensuring alignment between revenue recognition and cash receipt across all retail channels.
* Control and Reconciliation: Identify, implement, and monitor controls and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure process integrity.
* Audit and Compliance: Support audit and compliance findings related to revenue and cash processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across systems and processes with other finance domains, countries, and functions.
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to monitor process integrity and performance.
* Technology and Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending innovative digital solutions and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
* Finance retail reconciliation experience, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and cash reconciliation processes.
* Experience with document end-to-end retail processes, including sales transactions, refunds, and discounts.
* Experience with POS systems and retail transaction flows.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with IT, Retail Operations, and Finance Headquarter leaders.
* Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
