Senior Manager – Business Developer

We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on profile, with a strong business mindset and the ability to lead and inspire teams. You’ll be driving business growth within a rapidly expanding organization, with a strong focus on Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions.
What will you be doing?
1. Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic clients (80% Hunter | 20% Farmer)
2. Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
3. Identify new business opportunities across national and international markets
4. Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure tailored solutions
5. Lead commercial initiatives with a direct impact on company results
6. Play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in Business Development and tech solution sales (ideally Salesforce and/or ServiceNow)
* Technical understanding to effectively communicate with IT teams and clients
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate high-performing teams
* A self-starter with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset
* Experience in Big4 or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)
* Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
