About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting executive management, possessing excellent organisational skills, and fluency in Portuguese, English and German. They will oversee and coordinate projects, manage correspondence, phone calls and appointments, prepare reports and presentations as required, facilitate communication between departments and external partners, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
